Campaign project for Florida Atlantic University’s Welcome Bash event, including event merchandise, print promotion, and digital assets.
The Welcome Bash campaign promotes Florida Atlantic University’s fall semester kickoff event designed to welcome new students to campus. The visual system uses tropical imagery to reference the university’s proximity to the beach while maintaining alignment with institutional branding.
The campaign includes a series of printed flyers in multiple sizes (8 1/2 × 11 in, 11 × 17 in, 24 × 36 in, and quarter-page handouts) as well as digital promotional formats for screens and social media (1920 × 1080 px, 1080 × 1920 px, and 1080 × 1350 px). The layout adapts across formats while preserving typographic hierarchy, color structure, and graphic elements.
Event merchandise extends the campaign identity through a custom T-shirt distributed to students with a collection of stickers. Four floral sticker variations incorporate the university name in different colorways, while a tropical-themed sticker featuring a palm tree and umbrella emphasizes the coastal environment. Together, the system demonstrates consistent branding across print, apparel, and digital platforms.
